Digital Services (Readings, Coaching, Ceremonial Work)
Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved, all digital and spiritual services are non‑refundable once delivered.
Physical Products (Jewelry, Tools)
Refunds or replacements are available for:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect orders
• Defective products
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service before it is delivered, contact us immediately. If work has not begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
