Due to the time, energy, and preparation involved, all digital and spiritual services are non‑refundable once delivered.
All donations and tips offered through this space are voluntary gifts of appreciation. Because they are not payments for goods or services, all contributions are considered final and non-refundable once submitted. Thank you for giving with clarity, intention, and an open heart.
Physical Products (Jewelry, Tools)
Refunds or replacements are available for:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect orders
• Defective products
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service before it is delivered, contact us immediately. If work has not begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
